Two-minute review

VisibAI is built around one screen, the report, and everything else on the product is a path to it or away from it.

The pitch is narrow and current: people now ask ChatGPT and Perplexity the questions they used to type into a search box, and no business has a rank tracker for those answers. VisibAI runs a set of industry queries against AI assistants, scores how often your business comes back, and lists changes to make on your site.

Both inspectors ran their own company, uxcel.com, through the free audit from cold accounts. Neither was asked to sign up before seeing a result, which is a deliberate choice: the audit runs first and the account comes after. Colin reached a finished report in roughly eight minutes including narration. Gene timed the onboarding itself at about three minutes against a target of ninety seconds.

What arrives is dense. A score out of 100 with a band label, a count of checks passed, visibility split by query type and by funnel stage, named competitors appearing in the same answers, per-platform results, and a list of suggested queries each carrying a recommendation and a copy button. The free tier covers ChatGPT. The remaining platforms and the full report sit behind €29 and up.

Overview

What is VisibAI

VisibAI is a web tool that checks whether AI assistants mention a business when someone asks about its industry. You give it a domain. It fetches the site, works out the category, runs queries across AI platforms, and returns a visibility score with a list of things to change.

It targets small and medium businesses, web agencies and freelancers, and ecommerce and SaaS companies, and its natural buyer is someone who handles their own marketing and has not yet looked at how assistants answer questions in their category. It is operated by Bianchi Web and publishes comparison pages against six competitors including Otterly, Rankscale and Peec.

The audit runs before the account does

Most tools in this category open with a signup form. VisibAI opens with a domain field. Enter a URL and the product fetches the site and fills in what it can infer: for uxcel.com it returned education and training, then online learning platform as the subcategory, both correct. A second block asks for business type and region, then opens into optional detail about buyers and the queries you care about. The audit then runs on its own screen, and you can leave it and collect the result from the dashboard rather than watching the progress bar. Only when the report is ready does it ask for an email.

The report is the product

Everything VisibAI sells sits on one screen. The score leads, out of 100 with a band label beneath it and a count of checks passed. Below that the report breaks visibility down two ways, by query type and by position in the funnel, so awareness-stage queries read separately from decision-stage ones. It names the competitors appearing in answers where the business does not: for Uxcel those were Coursera and Course Report. It ends on a list of the queries the category actually generates, each with a short recommendation and a copy button for taking the query elsewhere. Results export to CSV, share by link, or print.

What the free tier covers

The homepage advertises coverage across up to six AI platforms. The free audit both inspectors ran covered ChatGPT, and the wider platform set is part of the paid tiers. Worth knowing before you read the platform breakdown on a free report, where the other platforms appear as rows without results. The free tier also allows one audit per 90 days, a limit that appears in the pricing card rather than before signup.

In practice

Colin ran a real task: auditing uxcel.com, a six-year-old edtech platform with a domain rating in the seventies and several thousand backlinks, to see what AI assistants say about it. The audit returned a score of 45 out of 100, one important issue, eleven checks passed, and a visibility figure of 5 percent across the queries it checked. The named next fix was a missing FAQ page. Gene ran the same domain four days later and scored 43. Both found the suggested-query list the most useful part of the output, and both reached the €29 paywall without buying.

The pricing take

The first audit is free and takes no card, at one audit per 90 days. A single full report is €29 as a one-off, monitoring subscriptions start at €79 a month, and brand, agency and enterprise tiers are quoted by email rather than sold through the checkout. The wider platform coverage arrives with the paid tiers.

The one-off is the interesting choice. AI visibility is something a small business checks a few times a year around a site change rather than weekly, and a €29 snapshot fits that rhythm better than a subscription does. Buyers taking the monthly tier are paying for monitoring and alerts rather than for more reports.

Pricing lives in a section of the homepage rather than on a page of its own, the 90-day limit on the free audit appears in the tier card rather than before signup, and the checkout presents every tier at once including the add-on blocks.

Final thoughts

Everything here rests on one screen, so the decision comes down to whether that report tells you something your current tools do not.

Choose it if:

  • You have never checked how AI assistants answer questions in your category and want a first read without committing a card

  • You want the queries your category generates written out, with something specific to do about each one

  • You would rather buy a €29 snapshot around a site change than carry another monthly subscription

Look elsewhere if:

  • You already run an SEO suite that reports AI visibility, since you would be adding a second source for a question you can already answer

  • You need several AI platforms covered from the start rather than from a paid tier

  • You want the audit to read every page on your site rather than the front door

About Inspections

Every product in this directory is examined by two named inspectors against the same nine-dimension standard: onboarding and first-run, UX and interaction, visual design, copy and messaging, accessibility, performance, trust signals, business model and pricing, and market position. Verdicts are always human-signed.

The private report

Every inspection also produces a complete, unfiltered private report: every finding, ranked by severity, with a prioritized roadmap. It is delivered privately and never published.

Our link policy

Reviews include a clean do-follow link to the product from this domain. No redirects, no tracking parameters. Verify it with any SEO tool.
