Most audits hand you a grade and leave. This one shows you nine dimensions, where every score is signed by a named inspector and cites the clause that decided it.

Nine dimensions, grouped three ways. Experience covers onboarding and first run, UX and interaction, visual design, copy and messaging, and accessibility. Build covers performance and trust signals. Business covers business model and pricing, and market position. Every verdict is signed by a named inspector and cites the exact clause of our standard that decided it, so you can see why, not just what.
No. Senior inspectors go through your product independently, on camera, then calibrate a joint verdict. Automation handles transcription, evidence gathering and report assembly, which is why you get a verdict in 48 hours rather than six weeks. The judgment is human and every verdict carries a name.
Senior practitioners from Uxcel's network, never juniors and never outsourced. Inspectors are matched to your product, so the people judging it have shipped in your space and know what good looks like there. Every inspector assigned to your product covers every dimension and signs the verdict.
An inspection can award one, two or three stars. One star is decided by the inspectors who signed your verdict, against five fixed rules. Two and three stars also need ratification from a panel of inspectors who didn't work on your inspection, so the higher tiers are never one team's opinion. A fee buys the inspection, never a star. Most products don't earn one on the first inspection, and that is what makes the ones that do mean something.
You keep everything. The private report, the inspection recordings, the highlight video, the fix roadmap, and a public review on Uxcel. Nothing public says you missed the bar. Fix what the roadmap tells you and resubmit for $500. Your review updates in place on the same URL with a Re-verified date, so the before and after is visible.
No. Critique lives in the private report, for your team only. The public review is written for your buyers. It covers what works, with at most one or two watch-outs framed as flaws rather than dealbreakers, and you preview those before anything publishes. We don't publish negative reviews. That is exactly why a warm one carries weight.
Your URL and a five-minute brief. If your product is invite-only, paid or waitlisted, a test account for the inspectors. If signup is open, the inspectors sign up themselves on camera, because your signup is part of the inspection. We don't need analytics, code or design files.
Yes to both. Pre-launch products are inspected from your staging or preview URL, and the stage is part of the brief. We inspect web apps, mobile apps, desktop apps and marketing sites. When a product has more than one surface, the verdict names the weaker one rather than averaging them.
48 hours from submission to delivery. The private report, recordings, highlight video and public review all land inside that window.
